Being born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona I have had the opportunity to explore the state well and watch the valley expand into what is now the 6th largest city in the nation. These observations have allowed me to acquire a very intimate local knowledge of the various markets; and keep an eye on the many facets that enhance the way we live in the Phoenix area(or as some of us call it "The Valley of the Sun").
